Estate Planning for Pets
Started in 2003 and based in Arizona, this is the web site for the Estate Planning for Pets Foundation. Operated by an attorney who has done extensive work in estate planning for pets- especially his five parrots. Although the site focuses on pet trusts, it also offers advice on how to prearrange care for your pet(s) if something should happen to the owner.
Peggy Hoyt and her law partner, Randy Bryan, own and operate Hoyt & Bryan, LLC in Oviedo, Florida. Her law firm limits its practice to estate planning and administration for individuals, married couples and life alliance partners, including special needs planning, pet planning, elder law and guardianships.
